Great list, Larry Kim!

Getting enough sleep and utilizing productivity tools are two great productivity hacks that most people tend to overlook.

Here are three ideas I personally tested and found most helpful:

  1. Separate tasks with work environment. For example, use the living room for entertainment, work desk for work, bedroom for sleep, and never mix them up. The same works with digital environment too.
  2. Make time to refocus. Set aside one to two minutes to refocus on the priorities for the day, and 20 to 40 minutes to refocus on the goals for the week.
  3. Set up the foundation of productivity and happiness. Create a simple routine that once completed, you know you’re in for a good day even you get nothing done after that. Then stick to it daily.
